OUR HISTORY
Established in 1955, Lionel Isaacs Insurance Brokers is an authorised financial service provider (Licence No 13343) specialising in arranging a wide range of short-term insurance cover and solutions for its diverse client base.
Our longstanding relationships with long established short-term insurance providers and markets guarantee that we can offer our clients comprehensive cover at competitive rates. We provide cover on all types of commercial, industrial, marine, and domestic insurance. Further we ensure that our clients receive the highest quality and personalized service, to the extent that they are looked after by directors and shareholders. The management team is supported by committed and dedicated employees with a substantial amount of experience, skills, and expertise. Lionel Isaacs is owned by the holding company i capital (Pty) Ltd, an independent niche financial services firm, and the directors.
Since its founding in 1955 LIIB has grown into a fully fledged risk advisory and insurance intermediary.
Its primary location is centrally located in its own building in Waverley Johannesburg. It also has an office in Cape Town, located in the Equinox Building, Main Road, Sea point.
OUR PEOPLE
The Lionel Isaacs Team consists of over 60 dedicated and highly experienced insurance professionals and support staff.
Our Directors are Robert Segal and Craig Watkins who have been with Lionel Isaacs for over 35 and 20 years respectively, and Lance Williams who is also the CEO of the i capital Group.
Our professional insurance team consists of Underwriters and Claims Administrators who are backed by the finance, administration and other support staff.
