In the event of a roadside emergency, you have access to the following services:
- Flat battery jump start (battery replacement for your account)
- Flat tyre (assistance with the changing of a tyre)
- Keys locked in vehicle (unlocking vehicle only)
- Fuel assistance (cost of fuel for your account)
Tow-in service to the nearest approved dealership (if under warranty), repair centre or panel beater in the event of:
- Mechanical and/or electrical breakdown – covered up to 40 kilometres per round trip.
- Accident damage-cost covered to the nearest approved panel
HOME ASSISTANCE
Fixtures, Fittings and Services
In the event of a home emergency as a result of breakage of fixtures and fittings, we will arrange for an appropriate repairer to address the problem at your place of residence. We will cover the call-out fee and one hour labour, thereafter normal rates apply for your account.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY
in the event of a medical emergency, you have access to the following services:
Telephonic Medical Advice and Assistance
- In addition to providing you with medical advice, the medical operators will be able to guide you through a medical crisis situation by providing emergency advice and support as required.
Emergency Medical Response to the scene of a medical emergency and Medical Transportation
- In the event of a medical emergency, we will facilitate emergency medical transportation to the nearest medical facility capable of providing adequate care. Transportation will be arranged subject to NHRPL tariffs, and the costs will be for your account
